Formerly the Marketing Head at Recspeed Healthcare, he is now a key member of the Accretion Group. In his current role, Mr. Rathod oversees the company’s finance operations and plays a crucial role in shaping strategic decisions, planning business expansions, and developing key business relationships.

Renowned for his strategic thinking, Mr. Rathod has a proven track record of identifying growth and profitability opportunities. Mr. Mayur Sojitra

Mr. Sojitra is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Known for his ambitious approach and milestone-driven results, he excels in transforming innovative ideas into successful business ventures. His extensive background and strategic vision are crucial for driving regulatory market expansion and business growth within the pharmaceutical sector. Supported by a strong family business foundation and robust educational qualifications, Mr. Sojitra has significantly enhanced his business acumen and leadership capabilities. In his current role, he leverages his expertise as a Pharmacist to oversee production, international sales and marketing operations, and to develop key business relationships for the company.

Mr. Vivek Patel

Promoter and Managing Director

Mr. Patel serves as the Managing Director of our company, bringing extensive experience in both production and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry. His entrepreneurial spirit and strong business acumen are supported by his educational background, including an MBA in Pharma from DY Patil Institute and a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy from LJIP, Ahmedabad.

After completing his MBA, Mr. Patel excelled in marketing roles, including a notable three-year tenure as a Marketing Executive at Merck Ltd, a renowned German multinational corporation. During his time at Merck, he acquired valuable insights into marketing, logistics, and finance.

With over 14 years of diversified experience, Mr. Patel is adept in procurement, production, quality control, supply chain management, and overall general management. His comprehensive expertise significantly contributes to the strategic direction and operational success of our organization.

Mr Hardik Prajapati

Promoter and Executive Director

Mr. Prajapati serves as an Executive Director in our company, driven by a deep passion for business that began during his college years. He completed his B.Pharm at LJIP, Ahmedabad, and gained valuable manufacturing experience at Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Ltd, where he was involved in production.

He furthered his education with a Master’s in Pharmacy from GTU, focusing his master’s project on the formulation and development of controlled porosity osmotic pump tablets. This research was published in “Inventi Journals” on 12/06/2012.With over 14 years of experience in pharmaceutical production, Mr. Prajapati brings extensive expertise to our organization. He is actively involved in overseeing day-to-day administrative and production operations.
